Thalya and Jordan have been WONDERFUL!!!! We were looking to downsize and something different than your normal apartments. This community is perfect in so many ways. From the floor plans to everything being single level dwelling. Glad to be a part of this awesome community! Everyone is so welcoming!

We are truly pleased with our new apartment! The privacy, security, quietness and clean property-we love it here! The office ladies are awesome, very friendly and nice. The maintenance guys are very prompt and get the job done quickly!

this is a nice and quiet community to live in for a slower pace of living. the staffing crew was excellent the entire stay we had at cibolo. they were informative about the homes, surrounding area and culture of fort worth. thalya and jordan are extremely nice and will greet you like family. also big shout out to miller for always readily coming thru on to fix any issue we would have. his response time is incomparable to say the least.

I absolutely love this apartment complex. The location is stunning-nestled in a beautiful quiet area that feels like a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything I need. The property is impeccably maintained with clean landscaping and a real attention to detail that makes coming home feel special every day. The amenities are top-notch: from the fitness center to the pool and community spaces, everything is thoughtfully designed and well cared for. What really sets this place apart though is the staff, and special shoutout to Jordan 🙌🏻

What I love about living here is not just the single story units with full garages, no neighbors above or below me, and the great amenities more importantly, it's the people. We have an amazing staff here headed by Thalya Hendrie who to me, is a property manager extraordinaire. I have found community here which was a plus. Thalya Hendrie has several get-togethers celebrating not just holidays but breakfast burritos and anything to make your day better. I was more than pleased to renew my lease.

We have loved living here for the last 8 months. They have always taken care of anything we needed quickly and professionally. Super friendly staff. Thanks for everything.

I absolutely love living here! Every aspect - from the moment you drive into the property surrounded by small hills of green grass and trees, to the winding sidewalks for beautiful walks. The “apartments” are more like cozy cottages with beautiful balconies and garages. Inside are high quality flooring, counter tops and appliances. It is safe and quiet with lovely friendly neighbors.

We've had our eyes on the Wayfare Cumberland property with enthusiasm since July-New upscale quality units are available - with the amenities, privacy and location better sign a lease now so you won't be disappointed - This is the best in Tyler.

Wayfare Cumberland Park is by far the best & conveniently located apartments in Tyler. I am glad I chose these beautiful, luxury apartments to call home! The rooms and garage are spacious. The clubhouse is also beautiful with included amenities. Maintenance has completed requests rather quickly.

I moved into Wayfare after losing my home to a fire in July. The team made the transition incredibly smooth. Lily, Bryce, and Emily were fantastic, working closely with my insurance company to ensure everything went well. On moving day, maintenance staff member Zee went above and beyond, assisting the movers with my belongings and showing great respect and helpfulness. The property itself is quiet, well-maintained, and brand new.

I am so in love with my new home! When in the process of the application and getting approved, I was answered in a timely manner, including at busy times. Moving in was very welcoming, we were greeted with a small bouquet of flowers. Everything was set in stone for move in. It’s such a simple concept of a home where you’re actually in your own privacy. It feels so good to let my child run inside the home without fear of a neighbors reporting his being too loud with stomping.

The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly! Wayfare hosts events for the residents, which has been a great way to meet new people. Nice neighborhood and great location too! Wayfare offers a variety of amenities that are well-maintained! The layout of the apartments are very functional and it's great that each apartment comes with a garage. Also, it's nice having a front porch and yard space. Definitely recommend these apartments!!

Moving into Wayfare has been a fantastic experience. The apartment is everything one could hope for. It feels spacious, and the finishes are top-notch. It's clear that attention was paid to every detail during construction. The amenities are exceptional. The location is also a huge plus. It's easy to access the mall, my job, and restaurants.. The neighborhood feels safe and vibrant. The community here has already made one feel right at home.

Living at Warfare Waco has been a great experience. As a resident, I’ve really enjoyed the community vibe here it truly feels more like a home than just an apartment. One of my favorite parts of the property is the double pickleball court. It’s also a big and quiet neighborhood to go on my runs. I haven’t faced any challenges during my time here, which is a testament to how well the place is managed.
